We have been using Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM for a year now, and due to the recent challenges presented by COVID-19 we started using Microsoft Teams more aggressively; not only for internal collaboration, but also for weekly planning, production and customer meetings. Intech’s Dynamics CRM team has been a great team to work within not only seamlessly implementing Dynamics CRM but also smartly integrating it with our business application - SAP. We used to manage with backups as our data recovery plans. However, for better business continuity, we moved to the Disaster Recovery (DR) solution on Microsoft Azure for our S/4 HANA application. Microsoft Azure Disaster Recovery saved our business when our primary site was down, and our DR system was up quickly. This made sure that our businesses across the geographies - India, China, Brazil, and Australia can continue accessing the servers, though in different time zones. The Intech team was engaged to support the implementation of Dynamics 365 for Customer Service (D365 CS) after another partner was engaged and failed to deliver in 9 months. The Intech team was able to deliver on the requirements for reconfiguring D365 CS and implement multiple Power Apps to support specific use cases. These use cases included IT tickets, Maintenance Tickets and client engagement requests so the solution was both internally and externally facing, leveraging SharePoint to minimize licensing costs and creating cases in D365 CS with review and approval workflows support the case management process. Intech delivered on time and on budget with great client satisfaction.
