Job Summary:
Domestic Business Development is a dynamic professional who is well-versed in the process of Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) sales. This individual needs to be excellent in strategic planning and devising strategies to achieve the desired goals. This person needs to be self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate to achieve the Key Result Areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for B2B & B2C Domestic sales; Planning strategies to win selected accounts.
- Accountable for achieving Quarterly & Annual Sales Target.
- Responsible for overall lead generation, planning, strategy, direction, and control of Domestic sales.
- Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline in Dynamics 365 and submitting required sales forecasts.
- Responsible for taking complete ownership of accounts and handling customers’ queries/complaints.
- Required to communicate with the operations team on a timely basis for the opportunity stages in the sales cycle.
- Ensuring that all contractual agreements made with the clients are fulfilled to their expectations.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand the solutioning and take the business ahead.
- Establish a network with B2B and B2C decision makers and convert relationships into sales.
- Focus on revenue generation and making sure that overall targets are achieved.
- Source new opportunities from tools like LinkedIn & other DB sites.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B / B2C sales experience, preferably in ERP, CRM, BI, etc.
- Readiness to work in Domestic time zones as per business requirements.
- B.Tech. + MBA (Marketing) Preferred.
- High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment, including the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
- Self-motivated to expand professional knowledge of MS Dynamics Products skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English. The candidate will regularly conduct presentations for clients.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and a go-getter attitude that allows to take responsibilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional team members.
- Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work, as well as patience, confidence, and determination in goal realization.
- Social media marketing skills are desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
