Business Analyst [Support] – Supply Chain [F&O]

Experience : 3-4 years

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Resolve technical issues and user inquiries related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems with system functionality, modules, and integrations.
  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

System Configuration & Management:

  • Configure and manage Dynamics 365 F&O settings and user access.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with data migration and upgrades.

Documentation & Training:

  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
  • Provide training to end-users on using Dynamics 365 F&O effectively.

Customization & Integration (Potentially):

  • Depending on the role, assist with the design, testing, and implementation of new features, functionalities, or integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • May involve working with X++ or other technologies to develop custom solutions.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with other support teams and developers to resolve complex issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management, Retail).
  • Experience with X++ development (depending on the role).
  • Knowledge of SQL and other relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer Service Skills:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with end-users and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent support.

Experience:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O support or implementation.
  • Experience with ERP systems and business processes.
