As you all probably know and aware by now, starting from October 1st Microsoft released a new Dynamics 365 Business Central. Which we may call October release, Wave 2 release either platform 15 release.

Wave 2 release introduces important features including changes for customers and partners:

Refreshing new Business Central icon
New user interface features;
New platform features (multiple production environments, the possibility to handle backups, etc);
No more Windows Client (Wave 2 release is Web Client only);
No more C/AL and C/SIDE: all customizations are now by AL language and extensions;
Support for technical upgrades;
Cancel issued reminders and finance charge memos;
End-User Updates;
- Add links to navigation menu
- Customize a user profile without writing code
- Filter option fields by multiple values
- Save and personalize list views
- Enhancements to Excel integrations
