Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Testing Team Member to join our development team focused on Microsoft Power Platform projects for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of low-code solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes across diverse client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to client specific projects developed using Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, considering the unique needs of multiple clients.
  • Manual Testing: Perform manual testing where necessary to validate functionality, usability, and performance for the client projects & developed applications.
  • Automated Testing: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability in testing processes.
  • Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution and communication with development teams and clients.
  • Integration Testing: Ensure seamless integration of defined for each client projects solutions.
  • Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure applications meet required standards and can handle expected loads as defined & agreed with clients.
  • Security Testing: Implement security testing practices to safeguard data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and provide feedback on test results.
  • Multi-Client Management: Manage testing processes for multiple clients, ensuring each client’s specific requirements and timelines are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve testing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies.
    • Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
    • Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
    • Knowledge of integration and performance testing.
    • Familiarity with security testing practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
    • Additional Advantage: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in software testing, such as:
    • Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
    • Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA)
    • Selenium Certification Training Course
