We have been using Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM for a year now, and due to the recent challenges presented by COVID-19 we started using Microsoft Teams more aggressively; not only for internal collaboration, but also for weekly planning, production and customer meetings. The Intech team was engaged to support the implementation of Dynamics 365 for Customer Service (D365 CS) after another partner was engaged and failed to deliver in 9 months. The Intech team was able to deliver on the requirements for reconfiguring D365 CS and implement multiple Power Apps to support specific use cases. These use cases included IT tickets, Maintenance Tickets and client engagement requests so the solution was both internally and externally facing, leveraging SharePoint to minimize licensing costs and creating cases in D365 CS with review and approval workflows support the case management process.
