Challenge

The client wanted to migrate from the Dynamics CRM on-premise solution to the Dynamics 365 CRM online version. The problems faced were complex report structures, outdated user interface designs, and too much historical data.

Solution

Intech analyzed the issue and recommended the use of an external third-party tool, Scribe, to execute the migration successfully. We upgraded the on-premises organization, made it compatible with the online version, and replicated the data. We customized a few features, especially the capability to fetch XML-based reports.
