About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Technical Content Writer with 2-3 years of experience to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content related to technology, software solutions, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for various audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, edit, and proofread technical and non-technical content.
- Create blogs, articles, case studies, website content, whitepapers, eBooks, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams, developers, consultants, and SMEs to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
- Produce content related to Microsoft technologies, cloud solutions, data analytics, AI, software development, and enterprise applications.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all content.
- Conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Update and improve existing content based on changing business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in technical content writing, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into easy-to-understand content.
- Experience writing for technology, software, SaaS, cloud, data analytics, or IT services domains.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
- Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience writing content for Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Copilot, etc.).
- Basic understanding of AI, cloud computing, analytics, and enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, and AI writing assistants.
- Portfolio showcasing technical writing samples.
