Who Are We Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned Power Apps Developer with 6–8 years of experience, including at least 6–7 years in the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, highly skilled in Canvas and Model-Driven apps, and capable of delivering enterprise-grade solutions with strong governance, security, and performance.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Dataverse and SharePoint Lists.
- Automate workflows with Power Automate, approvals, and background processes.
- Build and maintain Custom Connectors and integrate with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement PCF components for advanced UI/UX needs.
- Define solution architecture, environment strategy, security roles, and DLP policies.
- Implement ALM practices with Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, BA/QA teams, and SMEs in agile ceremonies.
- Produce clear technical documentation and deployment guides.
Bonus Points for Familiarity with
- PCF development (React/TypeScript) and JavaScript web resources.
- Dynamics 365 CE/CRM or Business Central integration.
- Power BI dashboards and analytics.
- Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents for conversational experiences.
- Test automation, governance at scale, and Center of Excellence practices.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Preferred certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 (Power Platform), AZ-204 (Azure Developer), PL-900 (Fundamentals).
