Manager – Business Development (Azure)

Job Summary

Intech Systems Pvt Ltd, a Microsoft Solutions Partner, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager – Business Development (Azure) to drive the growth of its cloud business. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and promoting Microsoft Azure solutions including cloud migration, modernization, data, and AI services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities for Microsoft Azure services
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments
  • Engage with clients to understand their digital transformation needs and propose Azure-based solutions
  • Promote offerings such as cloud migration, infrastructure services, data analytics, AI, and security solutions using Azure
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and solution architectures
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and Microsoft partner ecosystem
  • Work closely with Microsoft teams for co-selling initiatives and joint GTM strategies
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures
  • Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Stay updated on Azure services, Microsoft programs, and cloud market trends

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure platform and cloud technologies
  • Proven track record in IT / Cloud sales or business development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to convert business requirements into cloud solutions
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
  • Result-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
  • Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem is highly preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • MBA preferred

Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Minimum 3–5 years in cloud / Azure / IT services sales

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.)
  • Sales or cloud-related certifications are an added advantage
