We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in international B2B/B2C sales, specifically targeting the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be strategic, self-driven, and passionate about achieving sales targets while building strong client relationships and driving growth in cloud and enterprise solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Plan and execute strategies to win selected accounts in the U.S. market.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline in Dynamics CRM and submit accurate forecasts.
- Take ownership of accounts, handling customer queries and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Establish networks with B2B and B2C decision-makers and convert relationships into sales.
- Source new opportunities using LinkedIn and other database tools.
- Drive sales of Azure cloud services, including computing, storage, and enterprise solutions.
- Provide tailored Azure solutions by collaborating with technical teams and ensuring seamless integration.
Bonus Points for Familiarity with
- ERP, CRM, BI sales experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics products.
- Strong presentation skills for client-facing engagements.
Educational Requirement
- B.Tech. + MBA (Marketing) preferred.
