Who Are We Looking For
We are seeking a seasoned BI Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of designing scalable BI solutions, mentoring teams, and driving innovation in data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions, covering data acquisition, integration, storage, and visualization.
- Develop and maintain BI architecture aligned with business goals.
- Create and manage Power BI reports, dashboards, and advanced visualizations.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to BI teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Act as a BI consultant for clients, delivering workshops, presentations, and proofs of concept.
- Oversee BI infrastructure, ensuring optimized pipelines, governance, and security.
- Deliver actionable insights using Power BI, Azure Machine Learning, and advanced analytics.
- Stay updated on Microsoft advancements (Fabric, Azure OpenAI) and implement continuous improvements.
Bonus Points for Familiarity with
- Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
- CI/CD practices and version control (Git).
- Multi-cloud expertise (AWS, GCP).
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- M.E/M.Tech preferred.
