Who Are We Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience in international lead generation, preferably in ERP and CRM domains. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales targets while building strong B2B and B2C relationships.
What You Will Be Doing
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads in international markets and build a strong sales pipeline in MS Dynamics 365.
- Submit accurate sales forecasts and maintain opportunity stages in the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Establish networks with B2B and B2C decision-makers and convert relationships into sales.
- Focus on revenue generation and ensure overall targets are met.
- Source new opportunities using LinkedIn and other database tools.
Bonus Points for Familiarity with
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Conducting client presentations with confidence.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Educational Requirement
- B.Tech. + MBA (Marketing) preferred.
