Jr. Marketing Executive

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Manage and update social media accounts, creating engaging content, posters and responding to inquiries.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing reports with key insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Strong Competitors research skills.
